Please note that attendees arriving before Monday will need to arrange their own accommodation. If you are staying at Scandic Hamar, please inform the hotel that you will be joining the symposium from Monday. Attendees who choose the offsite option are responsible for arranging their own accommodation.

Cancellation and refund
Cancellations of registration is only possible for Early Bird registrants. Cancellations will be accepted until May 10, 2026 and participants will receive a full refund, minus a cancellation fee og 750 NOK. To initiate a cancellation, please submit your request in writing to IGS2026@inn.no. The cancellation will only be considered valid once you receive confirmation from us. Please note that after May 10th, 2026, no refunds will be granted for cancellations, no-shows or any other reasons. However, participants who cancel after this date may find a replacement to attend in their place. The replacement must be confirmed by the symposium organizers via IGS2026@inn.no no later than August 1, 2026.
